Remember when I used to run 100-100+ miles every month? Remember when I did that? I BARELY do, but I think it might, maybe, happen this month! We will see. I am at 80 today and with two days left in the month I have high hopes that I can get in 20 before the weekend is over. We shall see.
I really feel like my running is getting back on track. My morning runs at the gym are going well and I am feeling like my endurance isn’t lacking as much as I thought. Which is amazing since I have a half marathon in the beginning of November to be ready for. It will be my first time running for Oiselle on the Oiselle team. Which by the way, has anyone gotten a chance to see my athelte’s page? No? well you are in luck.
Ok, joking aside, I really feel like September really changed the running game for me. It helped that September rolled in nice cool temps for me to run in after work! We all know how much I hate the heat! I just feel like after a little bit of a hiatus I am ready to put the work in for the rest of this year and to gear up for a successful spring. I have those lofty goals that I still would love to crush and running doesn’t give you anything more or less than what you put into it. So, I am glad that I am back on track and hope I don’t get burnt out again anytime soon!
